Once you have spoken to one of our education consultants and you have selected the course you wish to enrol in, you can begin by completing the application form.

If your application is accepted, you will receive a letter of offer from Original Campus.

STEP 3: Confirmation of enrolment

After you accept the offer and meet any conditions in the letter of offer you are ready for Original Campus to issue you a Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE)

STEP 4: Student visa application

There are various general and evidentiary requirements that international students must meet in order to be eligible for a student visa. Original Campus can assist you with this process.

STEP 5: Prepare for departure

Once your student visa is granted, you will need to prepare for departure. Original Campus will also provide you with information that will help you prepare for your journey to Australia. This will include information about accommodation options, facts about Melbourne, financial information, and details about your orientation program.

Does Original Campus process my student visa application?

Original Campus will refer you to one of our trusted partners who will assist you with your student visa application. This process is free of charge.

Does the student visa application have a cost?

The student visa application process is managed free of charge. The student visa fee charged by the Australia government is $630 AUD.

How can I access the OC fund?

This fund allows existing students and graduates the opportunity to access a pool of $20,000 each year. We believe in our students and their projects, so we want to grant the best projects with initial support and capital to kick-start their business.

The OC Fund - Grant is  a two-stage process: 

  • Stage 1: Application - Expression of Interest (EOI) 
  • Stage 2: OC Pitch Night

How much money should I have for this experience?

Students will need to ensure they have enough money to cover their course and cost of living arrangements. Detailed information can be found in the study in Australia website. https://www.studyaustralia.gov.au/ 

Am I eligible to work in Australia?

When a student has started their course, they are legally allowed to work 40 hours per fortnight while their course is in session. Students are allowed to work unlimited hours when the course is not in session (holiday breaks).

However, to assist with Australia’s COVID-19 recovery, the Australian Government is providing an incentive for Student visa holders to return to Australia as soon as possible to help address current workforce shortages.

Will Original Campus help me to find a job?

Yes, we do help students find a job through our networks of business partners. We also assist with CV preparation and interview skills.

 

 

Will Original Campus help me to find accommodation?

Yes, we do help students find accommodation through our various accommodation partners.

How long does it take to for my student visa application to be processed? 

Processing times may vary based on several factors.  Processing times can be as quick as one week and up to two months.

Am I eligible to enrol in any course? 

If you meet our minimum requirements for entry then in most cases you are eligible. You will see the entry requirements on the individual course brochures and our website. 

Are the courses nationally recognised?

Absolutely. Our courses are nationally accredited. The AQF (Australian Qualifications Framework) regulates Australian education and training qualifications.

AQF accredited courses are recognised by employers across Australia and are accepted as equivalent qualifications around the world. 

This means employers can be easily satisfied your qualifications meet industry standards. Good news for them, and good news for you!

Do you offer Payment Plans?

Yes, we sure do! We typically offer monthly or quarterly payment plans.

Do I get support during my course? 

Original Campus is committed to helping you achieve successful qualification outcomes. As part of your course, you will have a dedicated trainer who is available to assist with questions about course content and assessment tasks.
We also have a student support team available to help with issues or concerns you may have that are not directly related to training and assessment.

Do you offer scholarships?

Currently, we do not offer scholarships. At the moment, however, we have a $500 voucher that you can use to reduce the cost of any course. This is a limited-time offer, so contact us as soon as possible to take advantage of this $500 voucher.
